We thought Sue was amazing, she was one of our favorite vendors. She took us through every step, and helped us figure out all the details, and the questions to ask the venue and our other vendors. Sue was flexible with figuring out the right options for us and making changes back and forth to the menu. She was great at capturing the style we wanted and brainstorming with us. She also really knew our venue and it's limitations and benefits. Food was delicious, we wish we had tastings with Food Evolution everyday! All of her employees were friendly, courteous, and very good at their jobs. Our wedding day ran smoothly with no issues. Price was a little higher than we would have wanted, and that was a little unexpected, but the consequence of having a wedding in Chicago. Although they were asked not to, the bartenders kept putting out tip jars, but once Sue was alerted to it, she had them removed. No matter who you chose for catering, be sure to have someone watch for this if you chose not to have a tip jar.

Food Evolution catered my wedding this past weekend. They were fantastic. We had 2 tastings, and all of my feedback was was very well received and executed upon for the final product. The food was great, especially the hors d'oeuvres. Sue was the best to work with. She was responsive and attentive and knowledgeable. The wedding was properly staffed, all food came out on time and as it should have. When I was planning, I got several quotes from other catering companies, and FE came in with the most reasonable price. And now that the wedding is over, I don't feel like I sacrificed any quality for the more reasonable price. Everything was really great, and they were easy to work with. I would recommend Food Evolution to anyone planning a wedding.

We used Food Evolution for a private party for 85 in our home & backyard. Sue handled the food, bar, rental equipment and anything else we needed. She wanted to make sure we did not lift a finger but simply enjoyed ourselves at our own party, which we did. The food & presentation was spectacular. Her staff was very attentive to our guests and many have inquired about using their services in the future at their upcoming events. If you want to host a party but are concerned about the hassle, planning, prep and clean up--this is the company to use. If you have foodie friends that you want to impress--this is the company to use.

We were very excited to have Food Evolution cater our wedding, although in the end we had mixed feelings about their performance. Most importantly, the food was great. We received several compliments from our guests on how it was not typical wedding food, and was very tasty. Sue is also really great. She helped us design a great menu, and gave us lots of confidence that everything would be done right on the day of our wedding. Unfortunately, a few days before, we received an email that she would not be coming, and another Food Evolution person would manage the event. While the substitute was a nice person, she did not impart the same kind of confidence, and there were inexperienced mistakes during our reception. For example, Sue had said they would be helping set out things like table assignment cards, etc. They didn't do any of those things, as they were late in getting set up. Perhaps that's also why after our ceremony, when we led our guests to the bar as we discussed with them prior to the ceremony, the staff wasn't ready, the bar wasn't set up, and there was an uncomfortable wait until drinks were served. Ultimately, the bars weren't set up quite as they were supposed to be, nor were the bartenders very friendly to our guests. Ultimately, though, the food was good - and I think if Sue had been there things would have gone more smoothly.

Food Evolution hosted a private party for me. We had about 75 people. They did an amazing job. The staff was very professional and really helped the party run smooth. the guests RAVED about the food. My wife and I did not have a single worry. The food Evolution took care of everything from setup to cleanup. They were extremely flexible in customizing a party that met our budget and needs. I'd hire them again in a second.

Food Evolution catered our wedding at the Newberry Library on October 20, 2012, and everything went perfectly. Sue was fantastic in answering our questions and helping us keep the costs down (we made lots of changes throughout the months leading up to it), so when something came up at the last minute and she said she couldn't make it to our event, we were a little worried ... but the owner stepped in to cover for her and everything was awesome. Everyone was impressed with the food and wowed by the service--the staff was friendly, quick, and perfectly coordinated every course so everyone was served in a timely fashion. Instead of cake, we had wedding pies and they were on top of that, cutting and setting it up without any issues. Just couldn't be happier with them--and price-wise, they came in right in the middle of all the estimates we received, so I'd say it was a great value, too.

Amazing, amazing, amazing. Sue and her team are wonderful. Our first introduction to Sue was a full meal of options at their office. My wife has many allergies and they were great to prepare alternate versions for her, while allowing me to try the standard options. Sue was a great collaborator and offered us a lot of helpful advice along the way. Our venue (Newberry Library) allowed us to supply our own alcohol; Sue didn't pressure us to use their package and was very helpful in determining what we needed to bring (Food Evolution tended the bar). For the quality of the food the price was a great value, we had six passed appetizers, a three course meal, and late nite options. We highly recommend.

We were thrilled with Sue and her team at Food Evolution. They catered our wedding and went above and beyond the call of duty. I'd like to think of Sue pretty much as the planner for our reception - she oversaw how we decorated the place, helped us form our vision for the space, and encouraged us to think outside the box. She was with us every step of the way in the planning process - she was the one caterer that made us excited and happy about our wedding - and we pretty much knew we needed to book her after our first meeting! Food was THE most important thing to us for our reception, and we even did multiple tastings to get it right. Each time, Sue listened to our feedback, jotted down notes, and made sure we were happy with everything. One the day of the wedding, people were raving about the food, the presentation, and even about Sue!! Many of our friends who were helping out with the decorations noted that Sue went above and beyond to make sure everything was covered. You really can't ask for a more attentive caterer. Another thing that we loved about FE is that they totally "got" our vision. We wanted something more casual and laid back, but didn't want people to go through food lines spooning food from chaffing dishes onto their plates. FE presented the food artfully and made sure everything was hot when it came out. Sue made sure we took into account the weather (summer, its hot, people don't want to eat this or they'd prefer to eat that) as we crafted the menu together. Our guests really enjoyed the reception and we owe SO MUCH of that to the folks at Food Evolution. We'd highly highly recommend Sue and her team!

Food Evolution did a great job with our wedding this summer. Food was always an important factor, and we're happy to say we had food that wouldn't be considered the typical "wedding food." Sue was very flexible in coming up with a menu that really spoke to our personalities. It was playful, delicious food that we're still getting compliments about. She was also great when it came to finding ways to make our budget stretch. We provided our own alcohol, and she saved us quite a bit of money by downsizing our liquor order after taking a look at what we had ordered. They did a wonderful job with the setup, as well. The tables were beautiful and just what we expected, and we didn't experience any delays in the flipping of the room. The few hiccups that did occur on the night of may have happened because the staff in charge weren't who we had been working with over the course of the last few months. Unfortunately, Sue and the event specialist who had been answering all of my questions in the months prior both had personal reasons for not attending the wedding, which is quite understandable but made for what seemed like a more stressed out staff. I didn't really want to be approached with questions/concerns on the big day, and that happened a few times, all for issues that weren't major. All in all, I would certainly recommend Food Evolution for any of my friend's weddings, due to their food quality and overall responsiveness and flexibility in the months leading up to our big day!

Sue from Food Evolution just catered my daughter's wedding at Harold Washington Library. The food was absolutely delicious and so creatively presented. Her apple soup (that is soup in a carved out apple) was to die for! Sue herself is so easy to work with and pleasant. She followed through on every detail and was present and visible overseeing the entire evening. Everything was perfect. We received many comments on the quality and presentation of the food. I would recommend Food Evolution to anyone planning a wedding. OUTSTANDING

My company, Giordano Dance Chicago, and I have had the privilege and honor of working with Sue and Jennifer on numerous occasions, and my team and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Whether in the planning stage or during the execution, whether a major fundraiser or an intimate gathering, they bring creativity and passion to each event. The food is always delicious, the service incredible, and the behind-the-scenes organization unparalleled. Hire Food Evolution - you will be glad that you did.

We used food evolution for our wedding last month. My wife and I wanted to make sure the food was unforgettable, which can be tough to do at weddings. Sue Waarich and Food Evolution did not disappoint! The venison was cooked perfectly! And we've been told by many guests that the food was among the best wedding food they've had. Throughout the entire process, Sue could not have been more accommodating. Pricing was competitive, and the quality of the food was top notch. The food was delicious and creative. The entire team was incredibly easy to work with. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We just had a 60th Birthday party at Salvage One catered by Food Evolution this past weekend. Having been in the business in the past, we could not have gotten a better, more professional and unforgettable caterer. Sue Waarich and her staff were amazing putting everything together. After our initial meeting with Sue at a menu tasting evening, we knew Food Evolution would cater our event. Their food is unique, interesting, and outstanding. Our guests who came from all over the country could not have enough great things to say about the food. Make sure you get the fish tacos with the mini margaritas for one of your appetizers. Their execution at the event was flawless. Make no hesitation when deciding on having Food Evolution cater your event!!!

Food Evolution's catering for my daughter's wedding was very good. The food was excellent! Everyone raved about the taste and presentation. The appetizers were amazing. My one complaint was on service. We requested a specific gluten free dairy free (both for medical reasons) for guest. She received a gluten free entree (not the one she ordered) but it wasn't dairy free. In addition they set up two separate bars when we specifically told them (twice) we wanted only one bar. This ended up costing us more money in the long run since we provided our own alcohol and could return unopened cases. Since two bars were set up twice as many bottles were opened. This , of course, did not affect our guests' experience of the evening just our pocketbook! Sue was great to work with and answered emails in a timely manner.

My parents, husband and I all agreed that food was going to be a priority for our wedding. Our first tasting was with Sue and Tammy from Food Evolution. They went out of their way to make the tasting special and customized, which really set then bar high for other caterers. The food was fantastic, and Sue promised that if we selected their company for the reception, the food served on our wedding day would be just as good: cold items would be cold, the hot would be hot, and we would not be disappointed. We had more tastings, but kept coming back to Food Evolution. We are so happy we did and our guests have not stopped raving! Sue and the rest of the food staff at the wedding were professional, fun and a pleasure. Sue and the Food Evolution staff were attentive and thoughtful from planning to the wedding day. And the food was inventive, perfectly prepared, and deliciously memorable. We could not have asked for more! Highly, highly recommend.

I can't say enough how amazing Food Evolution was. We had them cater our wedding in July and from the moment we met them to the day of the wedding Sue, Tammy, and all the people at Food Evolution were so incredibly kind, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. And should I mention the food was INCREDIBLE?! After the tasting I kept having flaskbacks to how amazing the food was, and when the wedding finally arrived it was even better than I remembered. Our guests would not stop raving about how great the food was. I would absolutely recommend them (and rave about them) to any and all!

If you are looking for a caterer for your wedding (or other event) in the Chicago area, don't look any further. This is one of the best or maybe the best in town. Most of our guests told us it was the best wedding food they ever had and the service was incredible. Food evolution was a very important part of our wedding planning too. Sue and Tammy from Food Evolution helped us through all the steps of the wedding planning (even things that had nothing to do with catering). Sue came a few days before the wedding to pick up all the decorations we wanted to bring to the wedding and she took care of setting everything together without asking us anything. The wedding wouldn't have been so successful without Food Evolution. Thanks again!

I'm sorry you beat me to the punch. Sue Waarich and her team were fantastic. She gave great counsel and made very impactful, helpful, changes which undoubtedly contributed to our completely successful inaugural event! Be sure to pass along our highest compliments to her and to Jennifer, who also was a pleasure to work with. It was refreshing for all of us to encounter such a "we-can-make-that-happen" attitude. We will certainly reach out to Food Evolution again.

Food Evolution catered my wedding in July at Room 1520. I got nothing but compliments from my guests. The food was great. I was told by multiple guests it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. The hors d'oeuvres were inventive and our guests raved about them (rum cured escolar tacos paired with mini margaritas in mini Patron bottles provided by Food Evolution, jerk crusted mini mignon on a plantain chip, shrimp n' grits on a tasting spoon, chorizo stuffed bacon wrapped dates, Colombian corn arepas with mushrooms and goat cheese mousse, figs stuffed with apple and walnut compote). The salad was amazing (goat cheese, mango, strawberry and greens stacked). And the entrees were fantastic (salmon with tomato bruschetta and asparagus sage cream and herbed potatoes and asparagus bundle, chicken with wilted spinach and sage beurre blanc and an asparagus bundle and gruyere whipped potatoes in the cutest little potato lattice basket, and artichoke risotto that was artfully presented). Bar service was good. They helped me get in touch with Binny's and helped with the order. They helped us figure out our cocktails, made ginger syrup in their kitchen for one of our signature drinks (Cucumber Moscow Mule... so good) and provided a mixer package tailored to our needs without upcharging us. Our bartenders were fast and friendly and there was almost never a line-up at the bar. The service was excellent. Sue was adamant that while the staff was extensive (and thus the price of staff on the contract was fairly high even compared to other caterers whose overall contract prices were higher), good service was worth it. I couldn't agree more. The staff was attentive, they worked hard, and service to the tables was FAST. And the room flip happened (with all details properly in place) in the perfect amount of time, which was a sticking point for my mom. The decorations were gorgeous. Sue provided suggestions throughout planning, I bought what I needed, organized it accordingly, and Sue and team placed it. It turned out so well. Everything looked beautiful. Pricing was fair and I felt it was a good value for what we got and the level of service and attention. They fell above a few caterers we looked at that were inflexible (and we wanted a better menu than standard bruschetta and one entree option), and were a better price option than others we looked at. Most importantly, they delivered a lot. I had a quote from one caterer that was more expensive, but they would have delivered less in terms of service, day-of coordination, and menu options. Food Evolution is very competitive in their space in terms of what they deliver and what it costs. Sue Waarich is great to work with. If I had questions, they were addressed in a timely manner with good explanations. She was organized, and the day was executed beautifully, much in part to her direction. And most importantly, she took a lot of stress off my plate. I was able to pass off decorations to her and she just handled it. I was significantly less stressed because Sue took so much on. I'm so grateful.

If I could give them 6 stars I would! We use Food Evolution at work (small non-profit) for meetings, luncheons, receptions and our staff holiday party. The food is exceptional, my mouth starts watering as soon as the menu proposals are emailed to me. Their menu is unique, ever changing and always delicious. Jennifer, Tammy and Sue work within our budgets offering up unique options that work on our small scale. They are a DREAM to work with and make meeting planning a breeze. The field of dreams appetizer station is so elegant and make sure whatever you're hosting the trio bruschetta is there!

We actually just did 2 office holiday parties with Food Evolution and they were FANTASTIC! The Thanksgiving one was a small employee and family party that was intimate. The food was really nice, eclectic, comfort food-like with roasted shallot whipped potatoes, wild mushroom ravioli, and of course great turkey. The Holiday Party was open to employees, clients and vendors. It was a funky and fun menu with mini Christmas tree cupcakes, turkey samosas, roasted apple soup and bistro steaks, so delicious!! They also had the most unique passed appetizers i have seen. Mini fish tacos served with an airplane size Patron bottles of margarita and Jack Daniels sliders served with a jack-n-coke in a mini Jack Daniels bottle! So fun! Sue was easy and great to work with...she came in on budget. She was always available to talk despite our last minute planning. We knew she had numerous holiday parties going on but she handled our parties as if we were her only party. Everyone really enjoyed the food and the service was great. I would definitely use Food Evolution again and would highly recommend them.

We had our Chicago wedding in June with Food Evolution catering. We could not have asked for more from Sue, Jen, and Tammy, or the food. It was the BEST day and we owe so much of that to Food Evolution. From day one, the ladies had our best interests at heart and really made the experience so fun! We have repeatedly heard from guests that it was the best wedding food/service the've had. The entire experience was nothing but professional and enjoyable. Would recommend them to anyone and if we could would give them 10 stars!

We used Food Evolution for our wedding and had a wonderful experience - would highly recommend them to others. The food was absolutely delicious at the tasting and was just as good the day of the wedding. You never know with 'wedding food' but we got many compliments from people about how good the meal was. And we loved all the unique and playful ideas they had for the hors d'oeuvres and for a signature drink. Beyond the food, Sue was extremely helpful as we decided on other rentals - tables, chairs, linens, etc. She seemed to really understand what our vision was and bring us ideas and suggestions that helped bring it to life. We corresponded with Sue and Tammy throughout the process and they were lovely to work with - quick to respond, helping with last minute asks (like can you cater lunch for the bridal party the day of the wedding) and willing to meet a few days before the wedding or jump on a call to finalize details. They genuinely cared and wanted to make sure they knew exactly what we wanted everything to look like the day of - and they executed perfectly. Would absolutely recommend them and use them again!

We chose Food Evolution as our wedding caterer. After initially contacting the caterer for more information, we set up a call with Sue who walked us through the entire process. From the start we felt very confident in their professionalism and ability to handle our wedding. Prior to our tasting, we chose from what seemed to be endless options for all aspects of the meal. When we went to our tasting, our initial feelings were confirmed, as the dish options and quality of their food were also excellent. We were impressed specifically by the unique hors d'oeuvres they presented (especially a fish taco served with a mini-margarita in a tiny Patron bottle), a salad and soup combo where the soup was served in a cored-out apple, and a fantastic filet. There was one dish that we weren't able to taste at the time, and Sue immediately offered another tasting closer to the wedding to try that one before finalizing our choices. Even though we did not have a kosher wedding, it was really important to us to have a kosher-style menu and to offer actual kosher meals for our guests who required them. Sue ensured that all of our options followed the limitations we set in place in order to make our guests comfortable. In addition, Food Evolution has an agreement with a kosher caterer who provides complete meals (hors d'oeuvres, appetizers, entrees, and dessert) that mirrored the dish choices we made. Leading up to the wedding date, Sue and her staff made sure that all questions were answered, helped arrange the liquor selections that we chose, and generally assured us that everything was going to be ok! On the wedding day, we were provided a selection of hors d'oeuvres in the bridal suite before we went down to the cocktail hour to ensure that we were able to grab some food, as there was no chance for us to do so once we joined everyone else. During the reception, the wait staff was very pleasant and worked hard to make sure that our every need was met. Sue was present and made sure that everything ran smoothly the entire night. Throughout the night and months after the wedding, we have heard nothing but raves from our guests over the quality and tastiness of the food. We would absolutely recommend using Food Evolution as a wedding caterer!

After quite a bit of research and 3 different catering tastings, Food Evolution was the obvious choice for our 8/16 wedding at Cafe Brauer. From the moment we met Sue, we knew that she would be a dream to work with. She is so extremely positive, knowledgable, and honest. We only hoped the food would also be great so we could book them. Lucky for us, the food was absolutely delicious! My husband and I love to try modern cuisine and typically check out new Chicago restaurants as soon as we can. Food Evolution had so many delicious things to offer. Not only did it taste great, but they had creative ways of presenting it. Some examples were our salad and soup combo, with the roasted apple soup served in an apple. We had mini fish tacos at our cocktail hour and they were served with margaritas in miniature Patron bottles. Our guests were talking about the mini margaritas for days afterwards. On top of offering delicious food, Sue went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was perfect. She ran errands around the city to pick up some items for us, came to our home to get some of our personal things for the wedding, and was always responsive. We grew close to Sue throughout this process and she is fantastic. I would strongly recommend Sue and Food Evolution to anyone looking for outstanding food, presentation, and service. It was the best food we've ever eaten at a wedding, and Sue made the process seamless and FUN!

I wish I could give Food Evolution more than 5 starts - they were absolutely FANTASTIC and made our wedding the perfect day. Sue and Tammy took such great care of us. We got absolutely rave reviews from all our guests on food quality and creativity - they all said it was the best wedding food they've ever had. I would agree! We initially chose to work with Food Evolution because we met Sue and she was incredibly helpful, warm and friendly. Then we did our tasting which just confirmed we made the right decision. The food was fantastic and she had such cute and creative ideas for our appetizers (we served mini cocktails with all the appetizers). They executed on everything perfectly, were on top of any question/concern I had throughout the wedding planning process and acted as my day of coordinator. The day was seamless and I attribute that to Sue and her team - we could not be happier to have worked with them and to know Sue. Based on my research, the prices were very competitive and worth every penny. We would recommend them to everyone!!

Food Evolution catered a wedding at ARTrevolution this last weekend and it was amazing. As a caterer for 20 years I and as the the the venue manager of ARTrevolution, am a tough critic. The staff was on point, always moving and getting "it" done almost invisibly. The food... sea bass, tenderloin and a vegetarian pasta was all delicious and prepared to perfection. Sue, who I have know now for serveral years, is a dream to work with. As a seasoned professional she will never miss a beat and will be on site throughout the affair to be sure of that! I would highly recommend Food Evolution to all my clients.

Food was so important to us - people may not remember what your florals look like but they will always comment on your food (good or bad). The food at our tasting was good, but one concern that stuck out was that some of our appetizers were not hot (and they were meant to be). If they're not hot when you're serving three people from a kitchen just down the hall, we were concerned about the quality when serving 150+ people at an off-site kitchen. Appetizers are the first experience our guests would have of our reception & we wanted our caterer to be as committed to leaving a good impression as we were. The problem wasn't reserved to our appetizers alone. We felt the same way about the potatoes on one of our entrees - not warm. However, the food did have a good taste & was presented well. Everyone was helpful & accommodating - the staff was wonderful & responsive. Based on the overwhelming amount of other positive responses, perhaps they just weren't as on top of their game as they could've been that day. Our experience was enough to make us choose a different caterer though.

The food evolution team provided catering services throughout our wedding. Throughout the evening, the catering staff was flawless. The service was professional and attentive to the needs of every guest, not just the bride and groom. The food was cooked perfectly, served promptly, and a hit with all the guests. In planning the menu, the Food Evolution team was very attentive and flexible with changing and developing specific dishes to fit our vision. It was a pleasure working with Sue and Tammy both during the planning and on the day of our event - ensuring that everything was just perfect for our guests. One particular anecdote comes to mind when recommending the quality of service and flexibility - Our guests were supposed to be greeted with a cup of warm apple cider when they arrived to our venue, however, at the end of October it was 70+ degrees in Chicago (not unheard of, but unlikely since the weather had been peaking in the mid 40s the entire week prior). Instead of hot cider, guests received an improvised and fresh cup of cold cider in chilled mugs. This is just one example of how Food Evolution went the proverbial "extra mile" for our event.

Food is very important to us. So when planning our wedding, the caterer was a really big decision-not only that the food was good but also that we had someone we trusted to be responsible for a lot of stuff on our big day. Since we had to bring everything in to our wedding venue, the caterer played a large part in the day. (Not to mention we were paying them the most money.) We met with Sue for the initial tastings, and we liked her right away. She was knowledgeable about everything and was so flexible with us. We really felt that we could trust her and also loved the food. (Although I will have to note that during our first tasting, they overcooked the fish. But we did another tasting and everything was perfect.) After we signed with Food Evolution and begun the real planning process, it started going downhill... we would reach out multiple times with questions over email and the response time was extremely slow. Sometimes we would have to email multiple times and call and leave messages before we received a response. So this was definitely frustrating, as we were extremely busy with all the wedding planning and needed to get things checked off the list. We were hoping that at least we would get full-attention and service the day of our wedding. Unfortunately, that was not the case. There were many small mistakes made: A table was set up with fewer chairs than needed; not all the water glasses were filled; the place settings were not completely set up correctly with the charger plates on the tables; some tables didn't get their main entrees until some other tables were already done with their food; the cupcakes were not placed out on the dessert table initially so the photographer could get pictures, nor were the flavor cards put out appropriately, a server was not ready when the dessert table was open; not all the votive candles were lit before the reception started; our special bobblehead decorations were never put out... However, those all were minor things compared to the main BIG mistake they made: complete mis-management to turn the room over in a timely manner. They were WAY understaffed and while it was scheduled to take 1-1.5 hours to turn the room over, it took well over 2 1/4 hours-and the tables weren't even completely set at that time! People were getting so antsy at the extremely long cocktail hour, that we had to start letting them down. While on face value perhaps this shouldn't seem like a big deal, it severely affected the entire reception. Due to the delay, my husband and I spent a portion of the cocktail hour stressed out as our guests were clearly getting hungry and needed to sit after standing for so long. And we kept on worrying about it and sending people down to check on the progress. In addition, because we lost an hour, we also had to extend both the videographer and the photographers, to capture certain events that were scheduled to be completed earlier in the evening. The biggest issue, however, was neither a cost nor some seemingly tired guests, but rather the fact that the entire evening felt incredibly rushed once the reception did begin-jumping from one element to the next in order to "make-up" time and not have dinner served too late. Unfortunately, there was no way to gain the time we lost. Needless to say, we were very disappointed. There was one positive note: the food was good. We did hear that from multiple guests. But that doesn't make up for all the lost time. We were also surprised that there was absolutely no follow-up after the event whatsoever. We had to reach out to vent our disappointment before we even had any more contact with them.

I have arranged a lot of events, and this is by far my favorite caterer ever! Sue herself is a DOLL, and was a dream to work with... coupled with her talent for unique presentation without sacrificing any of the taste, they just blew us and our guests away! ... for example an amazing roasted apple soup served right out of a cored apple! Sue is just brilliant and her staff are just the most hardworking and nice people. ... lastly, another highlight of working with her, was how budget conscious she was, helping us to pick the combinations of things that would make the biggest and best impression among our guests! All of her recommendations were spot on! THANKS SUE :)

Food Evolution did such an AMAZING job for my wedding! The food was so good! So much so that our guests are still raving about our chicken entree and asking if I had any leftovers! Sue and her team remembered everything from the fun straws for our signature drink to the high chair for my nephew and removing the nuts from my brother's salad... Every last detail was taken care of and my high expectations were exceeded. The food presentation was beautiful, and the staff at Food Evolution was so good at what they do, we had complete trust in them and were able to relax and not worry about a thing on the day-of. You can tell that they genuinely cared about my guests, often going above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of... In short, we loved working with Food Evolution and would highly recommend them!
